FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER 300€.

Registered orders are handled are soon as they are received and shipped within 2 working days on average.
All Products are shipped via DHL Express to the shipping address indicated by the Customer and delivered against signature by the recipient.

Please find below the shipping deadlines (provided for information purposes only by DHL Express), as well as the shipping costs for each geographic zone.

These shipping costs are exclusively payable by the Customer, and will be automatically included in the Order’s total payable price.

 

Every time an order is shipped out, an email will be sent to the Customer, presenting the detail of the Product(s) shipped, the related bill, as well as the parcel tracking information provided by DHL Express.

Go to DHL Express to follow your parcel’s progress using the tracking number.

 

The Seller does not ship Orders to PO boxes.

 

Product(s) delivered outside of France and the European Union are not subject to VAT. The VAT will be deducted from the total Order price upon its finalisation, based on the shipping address provided by the Customer.

 

Any import costs or taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities will be at the Customer’s expense.

The Seller refuses to under-assess the value of the Products on shipping documents, in compliance with French law.

Returns


Every Order is subject to a cancellation request. The Customer has 30 clear days following the pick-up date to return the parcel. Items must be returned in their original state and packaging, with their accessories, and shall under no circumstances be worn, washed, ironed, altered or dirtied. Returned Product(s) that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted by the Seller and returned to the Customer, at his/her expense.

Returns will take place at the Customer’s initiative, convenience, and expense. Failure to provide a tracking number will void the return.

Returned parcels must be marked “RETURNED MERCHANDISE” with a €1 customs value to avoid any processing costs and delays on re-importation. Should the Customer not follow these instructions, re-importation processing deadlines may take up to 28 days, and the re-importation costs claimed against the Seller will not be refunded to the Customer.

Exchanges and Refunds

The Customer is entitled to request a Product exchange or refund.

Exchanges will only be approved once the Seller has checked the availability of the requested Product. In the framework of an item exchange, no item reservations will be accepted. Shipping will be paid by the Customer.

Refunds will be credited by the Seller to the bank account used for the purchase of the returned item. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the case of any non-conformity between the ordered and the delivered Product(s), the Customer has 3 working days after the pick-up date to inform the Seller. No claims will be accepted past this deadline.
